Appointments can be made online via our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation notification.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund of any prepayment.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice (a 'no-show') may be charged the full service price and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

All prices are displayed on our Services page and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it may cause harm to you or our staff.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their appointment.

We take every care to provide a professional service. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from services where you have not disclosed relevant medical information or allergies.

Our liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the price paid for that service.
